BOX SCORE

HAMPTON, VA. -- Matt Eisenhuth went 4-for-5 with two RBIs, while Kyle Brooks drove in three runs as visiting Castleton State scored an 11-3 win over the Apprentice School on Friday in a cold rain at War Memorial Stadium.

Apprentice School scored its runs in the first three innings as junior Jonathan Dehoux drove in a run with a groundout in the first, the second run scored on an error in the second and sophomore Dory Fields smashed his second home run of the year in the third inning.

Senior J.D. Drewry went 2-for-4 with a run scored to lead the Builders seven-hit attack.  Freshman Daniel Lutz took the loss throwing 7.1 innings and allowing 10 hits.

The weekend schedule has changed as the teams will not face Briarcliffe College on Saturday.  They'll attempt to play a noon doubleheader at War Memorial Stadium if weather conditions improve.
