Baseball Schedule Changes Due To Impending Weather

Due to a very wet spring thus far, the Apprentice School baseball team has made some alterations on its remaining schedule.

• Wednesday's scheduled doubleheader with Danville CC has been bumped up an hour on the start time due to rain scheduled to hit the area later in the afternoon on Wednesday.  First pitch is now scheduled for noon on April 1 at War Memorial Stadium.
• This weekend's trip to Briarcliffe College (NY) starts with a single game on Friday at 4 pm instead of a 3:30 first pitch as had been previously announced.  With a forecast of rain in the area on Friday, the game may turn into a doubleheader on Saturday.  Stay tuned to gobuilders.com for updates on that over the weekend.
• Briarcliffe and the Apprentice School teams will make up games lost on March 14-15 due to rain on April 10 with a doubleheader scheduled for 11 am at War Memorial Stadium.
