Baseball Enjoys Fall Alumni Game -

The 2012 Apprentice School baseball team took on a group of past Builders on Tuesday afternoon in the Fall Alumni Game at War Memorial Stadium in Hampton.  A seven-run third inning helped propel the current Builders to a 9-2 victory over the past greats.

A two-run first for the current team saw the runs score on a pair of errors before the alumni pushed a run across in the top of the second on a single by Ryan Wagner.   The current squad exploded for seven-runs in the third inning as Devorn Lake highlighted the inning with a two-run single which put the current squad up 9-1.  A run-scoring double from Jonathan Dehoux in the sixth for the alumni gave the final margin of 9-2.

17 former members of the Builders baseball team gathered together to face the current squad and all participants enjoyed a post-game social.

You can get your first official look at the 2012 Apprentice School baseball team as they open their season against Bridgewater College on February 18 in a 1 pm single game at War Memorial Stadium.
