Football Game Notes vs. Wesley
FOUR DOWNS
- The Apprentice School faces its third nationally-ranked opponent in this ACFC matchup with 11th-ranked Wesley College.
- The Builders gained a season-high 458 yards of total offense, which is the most since a school record 566 yards in last year's victory over SUNY Maritime.
- Wesley has won the last 12 meetings between the schools and have scored at least 34 points in each of those meetings.
- Apprentice School is averaging 112 yards per game rushing and allowing 163 on the ground. Through the air they pass for 209 yards per game and allow 195. Wesley averages 238 yards per game on the ground and allows 69.5, while they pass for 225.5 and allow 167.2 in the air.
FIFTH DOWN
Two weeks from now the Builders return home for Trades Day when they face Webber International from Babson Park, Florida. They will be the third NAIA team the Builders will have on the schedule (Malone, UVA Wise, Webber).
