Builder Football Game Notes vs. Webber International

FOUR DOWNS

•The Apprentice School returns home to face NAIA member Webber International University in the first ever football matchup between the schools.

•Webber is in the middle of a stretch with familiar opponents for Builder fans.  Last week they lost 42-13 to Wesley College and next week will return to Virginia to face Southern Virginia.

•Apprentice School is averaging 93.5 yards per game rushing and allowing 171.3 on the ground.  Through the air they pass for 195.5 yards per game and allow 189.

•Webber averages 117 yards per game on the ground and allows 160, while they pass for 116.9 and allow 210 in the air.

FIFTH DOWN

The Builders will play their final road game of 2008 on November 8 in Frostburg, Maryland facing the Frostburg State Bobcats.

 

DID YOU KNOW

Webber International and The Apprentice School faced each other for the 2005 USCAA Baseball National Championship in St. Petersburg, Florida with the Warriors taking a 6-3 decision.
