Josh Lofton Named ACFC Rookie Of The Week

Apprentice School freshman linebacker Josh Lofton was named Atlantic Central Football Conference Rookie of the Week for the games of November 8.

Lofton (Atlanta, Ga./Mt. Zion), a rigger apprentice, had 10 tackles, two for a loss and a pass breakup in the Builders 20-7 loss to Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md. For the season he has 22 tackles, 4.5 for a loss and a pass breakup.

The Builders end their 2008 season on Saturday with the 59^th annual Oyster Bowl game when they face Southern Virginia University at home starting at 1 pm.
