After serving two years at the University of Dubuque, Holtz joins the Builders coaching staff to work with the wide receivers.

He served at Dubuque for the 2009 and 2010 seasons where he worked both lines, running backs, special teams and served as the head coach of the JV team.  Was part of the staff that helped lead the 2009 team to the third best record at Dubuque in the last 30 years.

Holtz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History.  He was a tight end on the Warhawks who won their first NCAA Division III National Championship in his senior year of 2007.
