Rocco Adrian joins the Builders coaching staff this season to work with the linebackers after serving for three years on the staff at his alma mater, Furman University.

He served at Furman from 2008-2010 where he started working with the linebackers and switched to cornerbacks where he worked with a consensus All-Southern Conference honoree last year.  While playing at Furman, where he graduated with a degree in health and exercise science in 1999, he saw action at safety and was a member of a NCAA Division I-AA (FBS) playoff team as a sophomore.

Prior to Furman he was an assistant coach at Christ Church Episcopal School from 1999-2007 in Greenville, S.C where he also served as the school’s wrestling coach.

Adrian and his wife Melissa are the parents of daughter Reilly who was born in November.  His father, Pete, is the head football coach at Norfolk State.
