Jordan Named USCAA Offensive Player Of The Week

Apprentice School freshman running back Brandon Jordan was named on Tuesday as the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending October 25.

Jordan, a rigger apprentice from Allendale, SC, accounted for all three touchdowns in a 47-21 loss to Edward Waters College.  He ran eight times for 55 yards and two touchdowns, while catching three passes for 57 yards including a 46-yard touchdown pass from fellow freshman Deon Lavender.

The Builders return home this Saturday for a noon start as they host USCAA member Alfred State.  These teams met on October 4 in Alfred, NY and the Pioneers pulled out a 44-30 win.
