Nick Kepa begins his third season with the Builders as the offensive line coach. In 2017 he will add Special teams Coordinator to his duties. During his tenure with the Builders the offensive line has flourished. In 2016 the Builder’s offense ran the ball for 2,100 yards with a 4.7 yard per carry average. In 2017 the run game averaged great numbers once again with 1,800 yards rushing with 4.1 yards per carry. Kepa’s offensive line helped pave the way for 350+ rushing yards in a game on four separate occasions. Kepa has mentored 5 offensive lineman to 8 USCAA All-Conference accolades.
Prior to joining The Apprentice School staff, Kepa coached at Christopher Newport University as the assistant offensive line coach and tight ends coach for two seasons.
A Williamsburg native, Kepa graduated from Christopher Newport University where he played two seasons for the Captains on the offensive line. As a sophomore, he saw action in all ten games and helped CNU to a school record eight wins. Multiple knee injuries cut his playing career short leading to his entry into college coaching.
