Freshman Blake Penix Named First Team All-State Punter By VaSID Freshman punter Blake Penix was named on Monday night to the first team All-State College Division football team by the Virginia Sports Information Directors Association. He became the 12th Builder to earn first team honors by the Virginia Sports Information Directors Association since 1993.
