This Weekend In Builder Athletics
Women's Basketball (8-11)
Friday hosts Southern Virginia University (12-8) 5:30 pm
Saturday hosts Trinity University (4-19) 2 pm
The women's team closes out their home schedule this weekend with a pair of games. Tonight they face USCAA rival Southern Virginia University in a key USCAA matchup at 5:30. Apprentice School defeated SVU 66-64 on January 11 at Buena Vista. Saturday the women will have their "Senior Day" festivities as they face Trinity University at 2 pm. Prior to tipoff they'll honor Natasha Jones and Tyechia Cooke for their four years on the women's basketball team.

Saturday vs. Briarcliffe (2) 1 pm
Sunday vs. Briarcliffe (2) 11 am
The 2007 USCAA National Champion Apprentice School baseball team opens their 2008 season this weekend with a pair of doubleheaders against Briarcliffe College of Bethpage, NY. Saturday the doubleheader starts at 1, while on Sunday the games start at 11 am at War Memorial Stadium.
Wrestling (8-10)
Saturday vs. Washington & Lee (6-5) and Longwood 6:30 pm
The wrestling team closes out its regular season this weekend with a tri-match starting at 6:30 pm. They will open up against Washington & Lee University (6-5) at 6:30 pm. Prior to that match the Builders will honor their four seniors: Josh Flint, Kendall Ridenour, Justin Gilliard, Eric Lybarger. Following that match W&L will face Longwood University at approximately 7:30. The last match of the evening will be the Builders vs. Longwood University starting at approximately 8:30 pm.
