LONG ISLAND, NY - The Apprentice School closed out a 13-game
road swing on Saturday afternoon with an 83-66 victory over
Briarcliffe College at Island Gardens in Long Island.
Junior Fred Spratley was the leading scorer for the Builders
with 18 points, while sophomores Jason Arrington (16) and Antione
Paige (13) were the other scorers in double figures for the
Builders.
This was the first-ever men's meeting between the USCAA member
schools. Apprentice School returns home on Thursday night
with a 7 pm matchup against NCAA Division II St. Paul's College.
That will be the first home game for the Builders since
Thanksgiving weekend.
