Weekend Preview- Feb. 18-21

Women's Basketball:

On Friday, February 19th at 6:00 p.m., the Lady Builders with a record of 11-10, host Virginia University of Lynchburg on Senior Night .  Led by senior Kenya Wilkerson, sopohomore Ylexzis Traeger, and junior Courtney White, the Lady Builders will enter Friday on a seven game win streak. The Lady Builders look to end the season strong in hopes of securing a bid to the USCAA Basketball National tournament in March. 

The Senior Night recognition will take place five minutes before the start of the game honoring the accomplishments of our seniors. 

 

Men's Basketball:

The Men's home basketball game scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 23rd has been moved to Sunday, February 21st at 4 p.m. as we celebrate Senior Day. The Builders with a record of 12-9 will host Washington Adventist University with a record of 12-11.  This will be a rematch from last weekend as the Shock beat the Builders 91-81 in Maryland.  The Builders have won their last 4 out of 6 games with the help of Jay Melendez, Zach Johnson, and Cameron Perry.  With a win, the Builders will increase their chances of securing a bid to the USCAA National tournament in March. 

Again, Senior Day recognition will take place five minutes before the start of the game honoring our seniors. 

 

Baseball:

The baseball team will be back in action this week starting Thursday, Feb. 18th, as they take on Maine-Presque Isle in a double header starting at 1 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium.  On Saturday, Feb. 20th the Builders will host Penn State Mont Alto in a double header starting at 1 p.m. with the second game immediately following.  The two teams will again play one nine inning game on Sunday at 12 p.m. at War Memorial.
