December 14, 2009 Builders Fall To 25th-ranked Marlins 69-55 Senior Eric Joe scored 18 points and sophomore Isaih Harrison added 16 points and 10 rebounds as the Apprentice School fell to 25th-ranked Virginia Wesleyan 69-55 on Monday night. December 11, 2009 Bluefield Holds Off Builders 71-62 The homestanding Bluefield Rams held off a couple of second half flurries from The Apprentice School and scored a 71-62 victory on Friday night. November 28, 2009 Second Half Spurt Gives Builders First Loss Falling 97-71 At UNC Pembroke Homestanding UNC Pembroke used a 19-3 run over a 5:14 span of the second half to pull away and defeat the Apprentice School 97-71 on Saturday afternoon. The loss was the first for the Builders in nine games dating back to February 10, 2009 against Chowan University. November 13, 2009 Men's Basketball Opens Season With 86-79 Win At NHTI Sophomore Lewis Archer scored 19 points and freshman Christopher Hearn also added 19 as the Apprentice School men’s basketball team defeated NHTI, Concord's CC 86-79 in a U.S. Collegiate Athletic Association matchup Friday night.
