Sophomore Isaih Harrison recorded his eighth double-double on the season with 14 points and 14 rebounds, while fellow sophomore Andre Henderson added 14 points and six rebounds as the Apprentice School lost 83-58 to Chowan University in the opening round of the BC Powder Classic at North Carolina Central University Friday night snapping a four-game winning streak.

Second Half Spurt Gives Builders First Loss Falling 97-71 At UNC Pembroke
Homestanding UNC Pembroke used a 19-3 run over a 5:14 span of the second half to pull away and defeat the Apprentice School 97-71 on Saturday afternoon. The loss was the first for the Builders in nine games dating back to February 10, 2009 against Chowan University.
