Golf Team Sits Sixth After First Day Of Wesley Sheraton Invitational
WYOMING, DELAWARE - The Apprentice School golf team currently sits sixth after round one of the Sheraton Invitational hosted by Wesley College at Wild Quail Country Club. The Builders shot 346 in round one as Rutgers-Camden leads with a 314 followed by Stevenson University with a 329.
Senior Steven Ness leads the Builders after round one with an 81 to be in a tie for ninth place. Freshman Nick Carlson and sophomore Ryan Sweet are next with 88 apiece to be in a tie for 23rd. Sophomore Daniel Campbell is in a tie for 26th individually with an 89 over the 6,794-yard course.
The final round of the tournament is scheduled for Monday morning.
