Builders Finish Seventh At Tom Kinder Memorial
HARRISONBURG, VA. -- The Apprentice School golf team shot a 318 total on Sunday to finish in a tie for seventh place out of 11 teams in the Tom Kinder Memorial Tournament hosted by Bridgewater College.
The Builders tied with Virginia Wesleyan College and earned seventh overall after the tiebreaking procedures were completed. Host Bridgewater College won the event with a six-over-par-294 on Sunday and a 586 total.
Freshman Matt Prichard was the low man for the Builders with a 74 on Sunday for a 150 total and a tie for eighth. Fellow freshman Chris Martin was next in line with a 78 on Sunday for a 152 total and a tie for 14th.
Next up for the Builders will be the USCAA Invitational held at Penn State University Blue Course on October 6-7.
