Golf Team Fourth After Round One of USCAA National Invitational

 

STATE COLLEGE, PA. - The Apprentice School currently sits in fourth place with a 328 after round one of the U.S. Collegiate Athletic Association National Invitational held at the Penn State University Blue Course.

Freshman Chris Martin leads the event with a two-over-par 74 to take a two-shot lead into Tuesday's final round over three golfers for the medalist honor.

Penn College leads the event with a 305 total, followed by Penn State New Kensington (323), Penn State Wilkes-Barre (325) and the Builders at 328 round out the top four of the nine-team event.

The final round will tee off at 9 am on Tuesday.
