EASTON, PA. -- The Apprentice School wrestling team had three
individuals finish in the top four in their respective weight
classes and finished fifth in the Doug Cherry Invitational hosted
by Northampton Community College on Saturday.
Junior Cecil Lee capped a perfect 3-0 day by winning his
heavyweight championship match 5-2. Senior Micah Amrozowicz went
4-1 on the day at 133 pounds and won his match for third place by a
9-0 major decision. Junior Justin Gilliard went 4-2 on the day at
184 pounds and came in fourth place.
The Builders take to the mat again on Tuesday night as they
travel to Buies Creek, N.C. to take on Campbell University at 7
p.m.
