COLLEGEVILLE, PA. - After competing in the East Stroudsburg Open
on Saturday, the Apprentice School wrestling team completed a
Pennsylvania weekend by competing in the Ursinus College "Fall
Brawl" on Sunday and had four Builders finish in the top eight in
their respective classes.
Senior Eric Lybarger was the top finisher coming in fourth at
184 pounds finishing with a 3-1 record on the day. One of his
victories came over teammate Charles Robinson who was in the top
six with a 2-2 mark.
Freshman Matt Perry also earned a top six finish with a 3-2
record at 149 pounds, while senior Justin Gilliard came in the top
eight at 165 pounds with a 2-2 mark.
Next up for the Builders will be competition in the York College
(Pa.) Spartan Invitational on December 1.
