Wrestling Coaches Gives Clinics At VHSCA Coaches Convention

Apprentice School Head Wrestling Coach Bruce Shumaker and assistant Micah Amrozowicz were guest clinicians on Tuesday at the annual Virginia High School Coaches Association Convention held this week at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.

The coaches gave sessions all day on various topics ranging from the philosophy of the Builder Wrestling program, to clearing and controlling a tie-up, attacking with your body, and top strategies among others to the wrestling coaches in attendance.
