The Apprentice School took 4-of-5 to start the dual with Temple University courtesy of a win by forfeit, a close win by decision, a quick 14-second pin by Sam Moore, and a 1:49 pin from Gill Owens. While the Builders sat comfortable with a 21-6 lead, Temple would fight back and take 3 the next 4 as the Owls' Marcus Newsome recorded a pin to cut the lead to 27-19. But with Josh Rodriguez getting a 4:36 pin at 235 and Steven Francisco recording a 1:29 pin at 285, the Builders closed out the dual for the 39-19 victory.
