Matt Butler, the veteran on the staff, is in his 11th year with the Builders. He started working with the program while he was an Advanced Programs Apprentice Student.
Butler works in recruiting and the overall organization of the program along with assisting in the wrestling room. His devotion to the program and sport shows as he is in his seventh year as NCWA Mid-Atlantic Conference Commissioner. Butler was very instrumental in the facilitations of the 2009 and 2010 NCWA National Championship that the Builders hosted at Hampton University.
The native of Cowen, West Virginia graduated from the Apprentice School in 2002 as an engineering planner.
