A 2013 Apprentice School graduate as a molder apprentice, Harcum is in his fourth year on the coaching staff this year working with the upper weights.
Harcum, a member of the 2009 National Collegiate Wrestling Association National Championship team, wrestled for two seasons and ended with a record of 80-28. He earned All-American honors both years at 165 pounds finishing fifth in 2009 and seventh in 2010.
His career record ranks him tenth on the all-time career winning percentage list (74.07%). In his final season he finished 45-11 which ranks him tied for third in the most wins in a single season. That year he started off winning his first 12 matches which was the mark for most wins to start a season before being broken in 2013-14 by Ian Jones.
